Dead Cell Airsoft

Dead Cell Recruits are called Mercs.

Becoming a Merc is on an invite only basis.

Merc phase shall last 4-5 full game days.  Phase may be extended at the Patriots' discretion.

Mercs are expected to build bonds with all current core members.

Mercs are expected to follow all team’s codes of conduct

Core members are expected to be welcoming and helpful to all Mercs.

Standard for a Merc to be voted in as a core member should be as follows:

            -Meshes well will current members

            -Has capacity and will to improve as a player

            -Has good positive attitude

            -Is a team player

            -Shows integrity, cheating will not be tolerated

A  majority team vote is required for a Merc to become an official member.
